We’re currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed term contract based in Oxford. In this role, you will provide a comprehensive HR and recruitment administration service across all aspects of Talent Acquisition, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.

 

Your responsibilities in this role would be:

 

  • Coordinate recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews
  • Administer offer letters / employment contracts and background checks
  • Act as first point of contact for all ad hoc talent acquisition queries and resolve as many as possible without referral
  • Advise managers and employees on Company policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance with policies.
  • Maintain the talent acquisition ATS and candidate tracker with all required details of recruitment activity
  • Support the coordination and administration of the induction and on-boarding programme
  • Continuously review the company’s recruitment and candidate attraction material and templates to ensure that it attracts the best possible candidate pool

 

We are Looking For:

 

  • Good secondary school education – including GCSE Maths and English
  • Good administrative experience, ideally gained in a talent acquisition / recruitment environment
  • Good practical knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment and selection
  • Microsoft office suite – intermediate user of Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Previous experience of high-volume recruitment practices
  • Good English written and spoken communication skills
  • French written and spoken communication skills would be an advantage
  • Ability to work within a team and individually
  • Pro-active mindset
