Senior Global Reward Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Global Reward Analyst to join the HR team.  The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Director, Head of Reward in all aspects of the operation of the Reward function to ensure that OXB has a clear, equitable Reward offering across all global locations, aligned with our company values.

 

Your responsibilities in this role would be:

 

  • To function as key point of contact for all reward queries from employee’s, managers, and People Team colleagues, escalating to Senior Director of Reward as needed
  • Reward Strategy:
    • Assist the Senior Director Reward & Chief People Officer with development of a Reward Philosophy and Strategy and support with communication, implementation and embedding across the organisation.
    • Working with the Senior Director of Reward building the Reward infrastructure (e.g pay ranges, bonus structure, sales incentives, equity awards etc.) including support with all training and communication
  • Driving annual compensation cycle:
    • the annual compensation review process planning and execution.
    • all related cost-modelling in relation to Reward activities/projects, as necessary.
    • cost-modelling in relation to Reward project activities, as necessary.
    • salary benchmarking as required.
  • Employee benefits: 
    • Collaborating with our international brokers payroll providers (as needed) and local HR teams to manage all OXBs benefit renewals and associated changes, developing recommendations with Senior Director of Reward   
    • Lead the implementation, communication and roll-out of all UK employee benefit changes and renewals, partnering with local HR teams with changes in global benefits as required.
    • Ensure that all Reward communication materials incl. employee benefit and wellbeing plans are maintained and updated.
    • Function as a key point of contact for all UK benefits queries and supporting local HR teams with global benefit queries as needed.
    • Management of all UK benefit vendors; supporting local HR in other Global locations as needed.
  • Company shares plan administration: 
    • Provide administrative support on the company’s share schemes in partnership with the Link Group to include updating Link Group notifying of change in participants.
    • Preparing modelling of share plan grants in line with the annual grant process
    • Picking up routine employee queries around share plan vests, consulting with Link Group, Company Secretary and Finance teams as necessary  
  • Preparation of UK Gender & Pay submission, including:
    • Partnering with HR Operations and payroll teams to source all data.
    • Collaborate with external providers on calculation and analysis, as necessary.
    • Agreeing all necessary internal approvals and submitting OXB data via the UK Governments Gender Pay Gap portal.
  • Salary Survey submissions: 
    • the preparation and submission of all external annual salary survey submissions
    • ongoing review and preparation of OXB’s salary ranges for review and approval
    • the preparation and set of the Compensation Module within SuccessFactors ensuring it is fully operational in advance of pay review process.
    • provide ad hoc reporting and analysis on both a cyclical and ad hoc basis; providing insights on current internal v external practices.
  • Salary Benchmarking
    • Provide benchmarking service as required to the HR team with salary benchmarking and analysis as needed.
  • Reward planning/modelling.
  • Provide cost modelling as required in the development of OXBs reward offering incl. share plans, bonus models and sales incentive plans

 

We are looking for:

 

  • Degree educated, ideally with a CIPD or World at Work Compensation professional certification
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience in a broad Reward role, with a good understanding of employee benefits, including the operation of pensions, health insurance, life & disability insurance, etc.
  • Experience with share administration
  • Passion for working with data. including capability of, and interest in, data analysis and modelling - ability to interpret and use data to “tell the story.”
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ideally supplier management experience
