We’re currently recruiting for two Manufacturing Batch Document Officers to join our Manufacturing Team. In this role, you will provide GMP documentation support to the manufacturing team to ensure that all batch documentation is progressed allowing batches to be started and closed out on time. playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
- Generating batch documents as part of new process/product
- Creating LIMS Schedules
- Requesting and receiving documentation, logbooks, labels etc.
- Updating and review product structures on ERP system
- Creating addendum records
- Ordering batch materials on ERP system
- Issuing and closing of shop orders on ERP system
- Assisting in the capture of GMP data for Continuous Process Verification
- Training and supporting Manufacturing teams in GDocP, ensuring documents are completed and approved in compliance with GMP
We are Looking For:
- A-Levels, preferably science based
- Experience working in administration
- Good understanding of GMP and GDocP or GLP knowledge (preferred)
- Ability to travel to sites across Oxfordshire
